Quality Assurance
Plastma Laboratory
The quality of our materials is overseen by specialists from our laboratory, equipped with the latest certified measuring instruments. This ensures that the materials we deliver to our clients are perfectly suited to their production needs.
Qualified employees conduct tests in accordance with PN-EN ISO and ASTM standards.
We are able to determine the rheological, physical, mechanical, and optical properties of the tested material. We offer the production of standardized test samples from plastics using the injection molding method:
- test paddles (ASTM and ISO),
- impact testing bars (ASTM and ISO)
- color measurement plates (ASTM and ISO)
- bars for HDT/Vicat testing (ASTM)

Collaboration with Scientific Institutes
We collaborate with external research units, including the Department of Technology and Automation and the Polymer Processing Team at Częstochowa University of Technology, to conduct the following tests:
- Flammability Testing – determining the ignition temperature of materials using a glowing wire (GWIT)
- UL-94 Flammability Testing
- Identification of plastics using Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC)
- Oxidation Induction Time (OIT) Testing
- Hardness Testing using Shore A and D methods
- Dynamic Mechanical Analysis (DMA)
- RoHS Compliance Declaration
